Silvio Berlusconi

"Kavaljer (a nickname for Berlusconi) will from now on each month to write a check for 300,000 euros" 53-year-old Veronica Lario, and it ensures that while he was alive, it can use Makerio magnificent mansion, on the outskirts of Milan, wrote newspaper "Republika" in its online edition.
Berlusconi and Lario, accompanied by a lawyer, came to the agreement on Saturday before Judge Gloria Servet which managed to bring initially very opposed views of the spouses.
According to Italian press, Veronica Lario initially sought ownership of the villa, and a monthly Makerio appanage of 3.5 million.

Veronica Lario Berlusconi, which was to be 30 years of marriage, and who is married to 19 years after his first divorce, the divorce suit was launched in May last year.
She then explained in a letter to newspapers that "can not stay and live with a man who is hanging out with minors."
The media have extensively reported last year that the Berlusconi was to celebrate the birthday of 18-year Noemi Letizia.

Tiger's public statement

TIGER WOODS: Good morning, and thank you for joining me. Many of you in this room are my friends. Many of you in this room know me. Many of you have cheered for me or you've worked with me or you've supported me.
Now every one of you has good reason to be critical of me. I want to say to each of you, simply and directly, I am deeply sorry for my irresponsible and selfish behavior I engaged in.
I know people want to find out how I could be so selfish and so foolish. People want to know how I could have done these things to my wife, Elin, and to my children. And while I have always tried to be a private person, there are some things I want to say.
Elin and I have started the process of discussing the damage caused by my behavior. As Elin pointed out to me, my real apology to her will not come in the form of words; it will come from my behavior over time. We have a lot to discuss; however, what we say to each other will remain between the two of us.
I am also aware of the pain my behavior has caused to those of you in this room. I have let you down, and I have let down my fans. For many of you, especially my friends, my behavior has been a personal disappointment. To those of you who work for me, I have let you down personally and professionally. My behavior has caused considerable worry to my business partners.
To everyone involved in my foundation, including my staff, board of directors, sponsors and most importantly, the young students we reach, our work is more important than ever. Thirteen years ago, my dad and I envisioned helping young people achieve their dreams through education. This work remains unchanged and will continue to grow. From the Learning Center students in Southern California to the Earl Woods scholars in Washington, D.C., millions of kids have changed their lives, and I am dedicated to making sure that continues.
But still, I know I have bitterly disappointed all of you. I have made you question who I am and how I could have done the things I did. I am embarrassed that I have put you in this position.
For all that I have done, I am so sorry.

I have a lot to atone for, but there is one issue I really want to discuss. Some people have speculated that Elin somehow hurt or attacked me on Thanksgiving night. It angers me that people would fabricate a story like that. Elin never hit me that night or any other night. There has never been an episode of domestic violence in our marriage, ever. Elin has shown enormous grace and poise throughout this ordeal. Elin deserves praise, not blame.
The issue involved here was my repeated irresponsible behavior. I was unfaithful. I had affairs. I cheated. What I did is not acceptable, and I am the only person to blame.
I stopped living by the core values that I was taught to believe in. I knew my actions were wrong, but I convinced myself that normal rules didn't apply. I never thought about who I was hurting. Instead, I thought only about myself. I ran straight through the boundaries that a married couple should live by. I thought I could get away with whatever I wanted to. I felt that I had worked hard my entire life and deserved to enjoy all the temptations around me. I felt I was entitled. Thanks to money and fame, I didn't have to go far to find them.
I was wrong. I was foolish. I don't get to play by different rules. The same boundaries that apply to everyone apply to me. I brought this shame on myself. I hurt my wife, my kids, my mother, my wife's family, my friends, my foundation and kids all around the world who admired me.
I've had a lot of time to think about what I've done. My failures have made me look at myself in a way I never wanted to before. It's now up to me to make amends and that starts by never repeating the mistakes I've made. It's up to me to start living a life of integrity.
I once heard, and I believe it's true, it's not what you achieve in life that matters; it's what you overcome. Achievements on the golf course are only part of setting an example. Character and decency are what really count.
Parents used to point to me as a role model for their kids. I owe all those families a special apology. I want to say to them that I am truly sorry.
It's hard to admit that I need help, but I do. For 45 days from the end of December to early February, I was in inpatient therapy receiving guidance for the issues I'm facing. I have a long way to go. But I've taken my first steps in the right direction.
As I proceed, I understand people have questions. I understand the press wants to ask me for the details and the times I was unfaithful. I understand people want to know whether Elin and I will remain together. Please know that as far as I'm concerned, every one of these questions and answers is a matter between Elin and me. These are issues between a husband and a wife.
Some people have made up things that never happened. They said I used performance-enhancing drugs. This is completely and utterly false. Some have written things about my family. Despite the damage I have done, I still believe it is right to shield my family from the public spotlight. They did not do these things; I did.
I have always tried to maintain a private space for my wife and children. They have been kept separate from my sponsors, my commercial endorsements. When my children were born, we only released photographs so that the paparazzi could not chase them. However, my behavior doesn't make it right for the media to follow my two-and-a-half-year-old daughter to school and report the school's location. They staked out my wife and they pursued my mom. Whatever my wrongdoings, for the sake of my family, please leave my wife and kids alone.
I recognize I have brought this on myself, and I know above all I am the one who needs to change. I owe it to my family to become a better person. I owe it to those closest to me to become a better man. That's where my focus will be.
I have a lot of work to do, and I intend to dedicate myself to doing it. Part of following this path for me is Buddhism, which my mother taught me at a young age. People probably don't realize it, but I was raised a Buddhist, and I actively practiced my faith from childhood until I drifted away from it in recent years. Buddhism teaches that a craving for things outside ourselves causes an unhappy and pointless search for security. It teaches me to stop following every impulse and to learn restraint. Obviously, I lost track of what I was taught.
As I move forward, I will continue to receive help because I've learned that's how people really do change. Starting tomorrow, I will leave for more treatment and more therapy. I would like to thank my friends at Accenture and the players in the field this week for understanding why I'm making these remarks today.
In therapy, I've learned the importance of looking at my spiritual life and keeping in balance with my professional life. I need to regain my balance and be centered so I can save the things that are most important to me -- my marriage and my children.
That also means relying on others for help. I've learned to seek support from my peers in therapy, and I hope someday to return that support to others who are seeking help. I do plan to return to golf one day, I just don't know when that day will be.
I don't rule out that it will be this year. When I do return, I need to make my behavior more respectful of the game. In recent weeks, I have received many thousands of e-mails, letters and phone calls from people expressing good wishes. To everyone who has reached out to me and my family, thank you. Your encouragement means the world to Elin and me.
I want to thank the PGA Tour, Commissioner Finchem and the players for their patience and understanding while I work on my private life. I look forward to seeing my fellow players on the course.
Finally, there are many people in this room, and there are many people at home who believed in me. Today, I want to ask for your help. I ask you to find room in your heart to one day believe in me again.

Thank you.

Rio de Jeneiro Carnival

seven-year-old samba queen cries

Julia Lira became the youngest drum corps queen in living memory, filling a role that is usually associated with sultry women and models.
Her appointment caused angry debate throughout Brazil. A judge had earlier overruled objections from a child's right agency that said it was inappropriate for her to be the queen given the sexual overtones of the festival.

Julia tentatively led the Viradouro parade into the Sambodrome wearing a miniskirt composed of purple feathers and a sequinned halter top.
Her father, the president of Viradouro, took her by the hand and presented her to the 80,000 crowd. But as she was surrounded by photographers, television cameramen and reporters she cried.
Mr Lira said: "She cried because there were a lot of people on top of her."
After ten minutes of cooling down away from the cameras, the girl returned to her position at the front of the parade but was kept out of the spotlight. No more pictures of her were shown on television and it was unclear whether she completed the parade.

Sarah Palin pathetically reading cheat notes scrawled on her hand at the Tea Party Convention Q&A session - February 6, 2010. She couldn't have been asked an easier question: "What are your top 3 priorities?" By the time she got to #2, she had to read the cheat notes!! LOL!!!

Julia Roberts Plans to Strip on Valentine's Day

At a press conference on Friday to promote her upcoming movie “Valentines Day,” Julia told reporters she's going to be spending February 14th playing tonsil hockey with hubby Danny Moder.
"My kids go to bed at 7:30," she told Hollyscoop, so "for Valentine's Day we're just gonna be making out."
Guess the flame is still burning in this marriage! Julia also offered up tips to other couples in love as far as what to do for Valentine's Day: "Go to dinner, go home, have a glass of wine and then you know...take your top off," she quipped. “And the bottoms," added her co-star in the film Bradley Cooper.
Julia spends most of her time on her ranch in New Mexico with Danny and their twins. So is love easier in New Mexico than LA? "Being in LA is not what makes the relationship. Two people who work at it in any town you go to, that's what works," she told Hollyscoop.
Julia and Danny wed on July 4, 2002, at her ranch in Taos, New Mexico, and according to Julia, her relationship is an addiction. "Well it's a drug though, isn't it? Love. That feeling and what it does to your mental health feeling inside...crazy, right? Yeah so it's a drug, and to find that pressure to make it work."
As long as Julia continues removing articles of clothing, we’re sure husband Danny will be a happy man. Sounds like she has no problems channeling her Pretty Woman character to keep her love life spicy!

Paris Hilton graces the cover of the February issue of 944 magazine. The former heiress whore up the cover shoot by taking took her clothes off while wearing only a Calvin Klein panty.

Paris Hilton Wants to Get Married This Year

Paris, who has been dating her boyfriend Doug Reinhardt on and off for over a year, wants 2010 to be the year she ties the knot.
She said: "I wouldn’t rule out a wedding in 2010. With how amazing everything is going between us, I see a very bright and happy future.
"He’s taught me how real love can feel. Doug’s taught me how to grow up and become more domestic, as in not going out as much as I used to."
And it looks like her wish may come true after all. Doug recently confessed that he thinks Paris would make the "perfect" wife.
He added to Life and Style magazine: "Paris is the most beautiful girl in the world. I am so in love with her - I feel like I’m the luckiest guy in the world. She is gorgeous, smart, funny and kind. My family loves her, and she would make the perfect wife."

Paris Hilton Didn't Realize She Got Robbed for Two Months

Paris Hilton has such a hectic work and travel schedule, she didn't realize she had been robbed for two months!
Paris was targeted by the "Hollywood burglar bunch," back in December 08 and they walked away with over $2 million dollars worth of jewelry and she didn't even notice for months.
Nick Prugo, who was the ringleader for the Burglar bunch, said Paris had been their first target because they felt she was “dumb.”
He said: “Like, who would leave a door unlocked? Who would leave a lot of money lying around? Stupid.”
He said they had got into her gated community home with a key they had found under a mat. He also claimed to have found five grams of cocaine in Paris’ house, which he had also taken.
“There was a definite thrill to it," he said. "I don't think any of us realized how severe it was until we actually got caught. It didn't seem as bad as it was. Now that I look back I realize how serious it was. Looking back, it scares me to death.”
Nick now faces up to six years in prison for each burglary. Don't drop the soap dude.

Angelina Jolie is Better Than Most Celebrities

You may dislike her because she stole Jennifer Aniston's man, but we have a message for all the haters:

Get over it! That was five years ago!
At this point, especially when compared to other stars in her industry, there should be nothing but positive things to say about Angelina Jolie. She donates millions to charity every year, she doesn't seek out the paparazzi and she actually gets involved in important causes.
The latest case in point: Jolie spent time in the Dominican Republic yesterday, visiting hospitalized survivors of the Haitian earthquake. She even met with Dominican President Leonel Fernandez.
Today, meanwhile, the UN goodwill ambassador is off to Haiti, actually immersing herself in the destruction down there. How many celebrities can say that?
Jolie doesn't whine about the tabloid coverage of her relationship. She doesn't Tweet about mundane happenings in her life. She even bypassed the Hope for Haiti Now telethon because she wasn't interested in getting her face on TV.
She simply wants to help. Anyone that takes issue with this actress should look in the mirror to see where the real problem lies.

Dr. Conrad Murray Charges Not Enough, Joe and La Toya Jackson Incoherently Claim

The involuntary manslaughter charge filed against Dr. Conrad Murray in the death of Michael Jackson wasn't nearly enough to satisfy the late icon's father, Joe.
Following Murray's arraignment on Monday, a disappointed Joe did what he does best - went on Larry King Live to ridiculously say that Michael was murdered.
Joe Jackson never met a microphone he didn't like to babble nonsensically into, and somehow managed once again to make Michael's sad death all about him.
The Jackson family patriarch said that Michael's death was part of a larger plot and Murray got off easy. Michael's sister La Toya issued a similar statement.
Here's Joe Jackson on Larry King Live last night ...
Attorney Brian Oxman seconded that the reckless administration of Propofol by Murray would constitute second degree murder for any victim not named MJ.
Never mind that the charge came after a six-month investigation and that there was clearly no intent by Murray, however careless he was, for Michael to die.
Yesterday, Katherine Jackson, Michael's mother, labeled Murray a monster. That he may be, but a murderer in the eyes of the law is quite another matter.

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller: Back Together

It's hard to tell if they were ever officially apart, but Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are moving back in together.
Yesterday, a judge charged the actor with three crimes - but also relaxed the order of protection against him. As a result, "Charlie and Brooke are on their way back to L.A. to continue their lives," said Brooke's lawyer, Yale Galanter.
The couple has not lived under the same roof since a temporary restraining order was issued following Sheen's arrest for allegedly, violently confronting his wife on Christmas Day. But Mueller has made little secret of her desire to reconcile with her husband.
"We need to give them a chance to be alone and catch up on everything that has happened over the last couple of months," Galanter told E! News. "We'll see what happens."
On the legal side, the Two and a Half Men star has been charged with third-degree assault and criminal mischief, along with one count of felony menacing.
He's due back in a Colorado court for arraignment on March 15, the day after he and Mueller's twin sons turn one-year old.
Galanter added that he doesn't know whether Mueller will accompany Sheen to Aspen, but said:
"I know based on the comments made in court, Mr. Sheen is committed to doing counseling and I know Brooke is doing everything she can to be the best mom she can be."
It's cheesy but true: that's the most important thing right now.

World's tallest tower closed a month after opening

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates – The world's tallest skyscraper has unexpectedly closed to the public a month after its lavish opening, disappointing tourists headed for the observation deck and casting doubt over plans to welcome its first permanent occupants in the coming weeks.
Electrical problems are at least partly to blame for the closure of the Burj Khalifa's viewing platform — the only part of the half-mile high tower open yet. But a lack of information from the spire's owner left it unclear whether the rest of the largely empty building — including dozens of elevators meant to whisk visitors to the tower's more than 160 floors — was affected by the shutdown.
The indefinite closure, which began Sunday, comes as Dubai struggles to revive its international image as a cutting-edge Arab metropolis amid nagging questions about its financial health.
The Persian Gulf city-state had hoped the 2,717-foot (828-meter) Burj Khalifa would be a major tourist draw. Dubai has promoted itself by wowing visitors with over-the-top attractions such as the Burj, which juts like a silvery needle out of the desert and can be seen from miles around.
In recent weeks, thousands of tourists have lined up for the chance to buy tickets for viewing times often days in advance that cost more than $27 apiece. Now many of those would-be visitors, such as Wayne Boyes, a tourist from near Manchester, England, must get back in line for refunds.
"It's just very disappointing," said Boyes, 40, who showed up at the Burj's entrance Monday with a ticket for an afternoon time slot only to be told the viewing platform was closed. "The tower was one of my main reasons for coming here," he said.
The precise cause of the $1.5 billion Dubai skyscraper's temporary shutdown remained unclear.
In a brief statement responding to questions, building owner Emaar Properties blamed the closure on "unexpected high traffic," but then suggested that electrical problems were also at fault.
"Technical issues with the power supply are being worked on by the main and subcontractors and the public will be informed upon completion," the company said, adding that it is "committed to the highest quality standards at Burj Khalifa."
Despite repeated requests, a spokeswoman for Emaar was unable to provide further details or rule out the possibility of foul play. Greg Sang, Emaar's director of projects and the man charged with coordinating the tower's construction, could not be reached. Construction workers at the base of the tower said they were unaware of any problems.
Power was reaching some parts of the building. Strobe lights warning aircraft flashed and a handful of floors were illuminated after nightfall.
Emaar did not say when the observation deck would reopen. Ticket sales agents were accepting bookings starting on Valentine's Day this Sunday, though one reached by The Associated Press could not confirm the building would reopen then.
Tourists affected by the closure are being offered the chance to rebook or receive refunds.
The shutdown comes at a sensitive time for Dubai. The city-state is facing a slump in tourism — which accounts for nearly a fifth of the local economy — while fending off negative publicity caused by more than $80 billion in debt it is struggling to repay.
Ervin Hladnik-Milharcic, 55, a Slovenian writer planning to visit the city for the first time this month, said he hoped the Burj would reopen soon.
"It was the one thing I really wanted to see," he said. "The tower was projected as a metaphor for Dubai. So the metaphor should work. There are no excuses."
Dubai opened the skyscraper on Jan. 4 in a blaze of fireworks televised around the world. The building had been known as the Burj Dubai during more than half a decade of construction, but the name was suddenly changed on opening night to honor the ruler of neighboring Abu Dhabi.
Dubai and Abu Dhabi are two of seven small sheikdoms that comprise the United Arab Emirates. Abu Dhabi hosts the federation's capital and holds most of the country's vast oil reserves. It has provided Dubai with $20 billion in emergency cash to help cover its debts.
Questions were raised about the building's readiness in the months leading up to the January opening.
The opening date had originally been expected in September, but was then pushed back until sometime before the end of 2009. The eventual opening date just after New Year's was meant to coincide with the anniversary of the Dubai ruler's ascent to power.
There were signs even that target was ambitious. The final metal and glass panels cladding the building's exterior were installed only in late September. Early visitors to the observation deck had to peer through floor-to-ceiling windows caked with dust — a sign that cleaning crews had not yet had a chance to scrub them clean.
Work is still ongoing on many of the building's other floors, including those that will house the first hotel designed by Giorgio Armani that is due to open in March. The building's base remains largely a construction zone, with entrance restricted to the viewing platform lobby in an adjacent shopping mall.
The first of some 12,000 residential tenants and office workers are supposed to move in to the building this month.
The Burj Khalifa boasts more than 160 stories. The exact number is not known.
The observation deck, which is mostly enclosed but includes an outdoor terrace bordered by guard rails, is located about two-thirds of the way up on the 124th floor. Adult tickets bought in advance cost 100 dirhams, or about $27. Visitors wanting to enter immediately can jump to the front of the line by paying 400 dirhams — about $110 apiece.

Amnesia

Amnesia

Closure notices have been served on some of the world's most famous dance clubs causing revellers to cancel their trips to dancetastic Ibiza.
A crackdown on the island's drug-fuelled nightlife spells disaster for its summer season as clubs Amnesia, Bora Bora and DC-10 were all told to shut their doors for at least a month.
Police have accused club organisers of tolerating dealing and drug consumption among clubbers and have also fined them.

A night at Amnesia - one of the Ibiza clubs closed for suspected drug tolerance
The three clubs collectively attract about 7,000 people every night through the summer as Ibiza's brand as global clubbing capital brings young dance fans in their droves.
Amnesia has reopened after being forced to close for the first month of the season. Bora Bora will reopen this week while DC-10 is fighting closure through the courts.
The clubs on the island, off Spain's east coast, are all refuting the allegations and demanding compensation for loss of earnings.
A spokesman for Amnesia said it used best practice to prevent drugs on its premises. He told the Guardian: "This is a huge blow to our prestige, and that of the islands, gained over three decades of hard-work."
The latest closures follow a two-year police investigation. Local newspaper Diario de Ibiza reported that undercover officers found one nightclub offered so-called "snorting cabins" in which revellers could consume drugs.
The cabins reportedly included a ledge for dealing out drugs, and a lock. They reportedly had traces of cocaine, hashish and blood-stained hankerchiefs.
Government officials said the closures were carried out after club owners failed to react after a series of meetings with them.
Ramon Socias, government delegate in the Balearic islands, said: "It is obvious that, after such meetings, some sort of measures needed to be taken.
"We are acting with great energy against the entry of these substances into the islands but we cannot get everything. The proof of that is that there continues to be consumption in public places."
Club owners say the closure orders, which a local court said should not have been enacted immediately, threatened the economy.

Jim Carrey and Ewan McGregor Kissing Picture

Jim Carrey and Ewan McGregor star in a movie called I Love You Phillip Morris. Many years ago a friend told me he went to see The Birdcage with Robin Williams, Gene Hackman, and Nathan Lane. I didn’t see the movie until years later, because I was under the impression it was a movie about the gay lifestyle, and was meant more as brainwashing rather than a good story worthy of a movie, but it turn out after seeing the movie I was wrong. Perhaps I Love You Phillip Morris will prove to be worth watching as well.
The story begins with Russell, played by Jim Carrey, on his deathbed recalling the events of his life that led him there. He begins with his life in Texas as a happily married police officer who plays the organ at church, prays every night with his wife (Leslie Mann) and spends his off hours searching for the biological mother who gave him up as a child. That, and hes gay. But after finding and being handily rejected by the mother who gave him up as a baby, Steven leaves his life and family behind to go out into the world and be his true, flamboyantly gay self. He moves to Miami, finds a boyfriend (Rodrigo Santoro) and begins living the high life. He realizes quickly though, that a life of luxury is expensive, leading this resourceful former cop to turn to a life as a conman. But when his con work finally catches up with him, Steven is sent to prison where he meets, and almost instantly falls in love with Phillip Morris, played by Ewan McGregor. From there the story becomes a Don Quixote-esque story of a forlorn lover who cannot bear to be separated from his soul-mate. He will go to any lengths to be with Phillip, including but not limited to breaking out of jail on multiple occasions, impersonating Phillips lawyer and fraudulently becoming the CFO of a major corporation.

Taylor Swift Dropped and Broke Grammy Award

Taylor Swift won so many Grammy Awards on Sunday that she dropped one while posing for pictures.
   Fortunately a replacement was available.
It’s hard to imagine being in Swift’s shoes at her age, winning so many awards, and making so much money. Unlike so many other girls that have come before her, Swift earned it through her talent.

Paris Hilton with her boyfriend in the Park City, Utah.

Paris Hilton is spotted out at night, wearing a very funky outfit, in Park City, Utah. Paris wears a turquoise top and jacket, with some very cool ski boots as she is accompanied by boyfriend Doug who looks like he is on bag carrying duties.
The pair bought Good Girl Bad Girl lather wrist cuffs, Skin Honey and a Tickle Me Intimacy LoveKit, which comes with kissable body shimmer, a feather body duster, message oil and lube.
Redford admitted that his indie fast fest was sliding over the past few years, in part due to an invasion of "ambush marketers who took over Main Street and the houses in the mountains, at three or four times (the normal price) to hand out their swag".
"You end up with Paris Hilton here who had nothing to do with us".
"There`s nothing we do about that, but it kind of engulfed what we did", Redford acknowledged.
"Now with the economy, these people can`t come back or I hope they don`t come".

Chocolate

Chocolate comprises a number of raw and processed foods produced from the seed of the tropical Theobroma cacao tree. Cacao has been cultivated for at least three millennia in Mexico, Central and South America, with its earliest documented use around 1100 BC. The majority of the Mesoamerican peoples made chocolate beverages, including the Aztecs, who made it into a beverage known as xocolatl, a Nahuatl word meaning ''bitter water''. the seeds of the cacao tree have an intense bitter taste, and must be fermented  to develop the flavor.
After fermentation, the beans are dried, cleaned, and roasted, and the shell is removed to produce cacao nibs. The nibs are then ground to cocoa mass, pure chocolate in rough form. Because this cocoa mass usually is liquefied then molded with or without other ingredients, it is called chocolate liquor. the liquor also may be processed into two components:cocoa solids and cocoa butter. Unsweetened baking chocolate (bitter chocolate) contains primarily cocoa solids and cocoa butter in varying proportions. Much of the chocolate consumed today is in the form of sweet chocolate, combining cocoa solids, cocoa butter or other fat and sugar. Milk chocolate is sweet chocolate that additionally contains milk powder or condensed milk. White chocolate contains cocoa butter, sugar and milk but no cocoa solids.

Cocoa solids contain alkaloids such as theobromine and phenethylamine, which have physiological effect on the body. It has been linked to serotonin levels in the brain. Some research found that chocolate, eaten in moderation, can lower blood pressure. Dark chocolate has recently been promoted for its health benefits, including a substantial amount of antioxidants that reduce the formation of free radicals, although current scientific evidence is against health improvements by dietary antioxidants. The presence of theobromine renders it toxic to some animals, especially dogs and cats.
Chocolate has become one of the most popular food types and flavors in the world. Gifts of chocolate molded into different shapes have become traditional on certain holidays: chocolate bunnies and eggs are popular on Easter, chocolate coins on Hanukkah, Santa Claus and other holiday symbols on Christmas, and hearts on Valentine's Day. Chocolate is also used in cold and hot beverages, to produce chocolate milk and hot chocolate. The world's top producer of cacao beans is Africa, where recent controversy has focused on the use of child labor in cocoa production.
